Originally posted in CivilNet.am. We at iTechnology.am wanted to also provide a side of Gyumri that still exist as many residents struggle. We believe that a tech and skills based economy will change Gyumri, even those who seem to be left behind. But unfortunately it is a journey that has just begun.
We want to thank Sara Anjargolian [www.SaraAnjargolian.com], an attorney turned photojournalist for allowing us to post her experience of Gyumri. The time and care she put forth to showcase the lives, hopes and disappointments of Gyumri’s residents, 25 years after the earthquake shows.
